Frustration!!!

So since the residency ended I have been exploring other mediums. My results have been less than satisfactory! I have been working with fabric/textile to create vessels as well as encaustic/collage. Really nothing is coming together for me. I have yet to finish a single piece.  I'm stressed and worried that the semester will end and I'll have nothing to show for it! I 'm not giving up yet but I do have to ask myself if it is a mistake to not be working in ceramics?

    Jessica, don't worry that you feel that way. I feel somewhat the same way, but I am constantly working on things from 2-6 hours every day, and I have 2 projects only in my head with a couple of pieces not attached to anything, and 2 others that I keep having to work on...I never feel done with them.

    Thanks for the encouragement. It makes me crazy because I usually am so prolific that not having anything yet scares me!
