Platter with Color Slip Inlay, Greenware

I have spent the better part of three weeks working on this platter and it will be at least two to three more before it is finished. The top image show the platter with colored slip inlay (Mishima). I still need to finish removing the excess slip then I can begin to add the color to the surface.

This bottom image it the same piece before adding the colored slip, just to show the difference between  the two.
